Original digital character concepts being developed

Live character transformation is the process of using a person’s live camera performance to drive another visual character in real time. Unlike a static avatar or prerecorded generated video, the output changes continuously as the person moves and performs.

Be Anyone is a platform for live character transformation.

Multiple personas need different jobs

Ten costumes are not ten characters. A useful cast has functional differences: one explains, one challenges, one reacts, one sells and one creates chaos. Viewers should know why a persona entered before memorizing its name.

Create a compact character bible

Record each persona’s purpose, tone, visual reference, recurring phrase and relationship to the others. This prevents voices from blending together and makes it easier to return after weeks without rebuilding the character from memory.

Expand only when the audience can follow

Introduce characters gradually and let repeated appearances establish recognition. A smaller cast with strong distinctions produces more value than a crowded lineup that requires constant explanation.
