Our technology allows users to create new visual identities, transform their appearance, experiment with characters, produce creative content, and participate in live digital experiences.
The Platform is designed to encourage creativity, entertainment, education, communication, marketing, performance, and other legitimate commercial and personal uses.
The Platform is not intended to:

How you choose to use that tool remains your responsibility.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of the Platform or any underlying technology.
Technology capable of transforming human identity carries significant responsibility.

You agree that you will not use the Platform to deceive, exploit, or harm others.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you must not use the Platform to:

You are solely responsible for determining whether your intended use is lawful before using the Platform.
If we reasonably believe that your activity violates these Terms or presents a risk to other users, third parties, or the Platform, we may immediately suspend or permanently terminate your account, remove content where appropriate, and cooperate with lawful investigations as required.
Our decision to take enforcement action does not limit any other legal remedies available to us.
You retain ownership of the content you create using the Platform.
However, you remain solely responsible for everything you create, upload, stream, transmit, publish, record, or otherwise make available through your account.

It does not direct, supervise, approve, endorse, or control the content you create.
Except where required by law, we do not undertake an obligation to monitor all user activity in real time.

If your use of the Platform causes loss, damage, liability, or legal claims involving another person or organization, you—not the Company—are responsible for those consequences.
The obligations contained in this section survive the closure or termination of your account.

Certain Platform features operate using credits.
Credits may be consumed based on usage, including but not limited to processing time, transformation duration, premium features, or other usage metrics displayed within the Platform.
Live streaming is metered per second at the rate shown in the app (currently 3 credits per second). You are charged only while actively connected; pausing or disconnecting stops the meter.
Credit consumption rates may change from time to time as new features are introduced or existing services evolve.
Current pricing will always be displayed before usage where applicable.
Credits are a limited license to access Platform services. They are not cash, electronic money, stored value, or personal property.
Credits cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by applicable law.
By purchasing credits or subscribing to the Platform, you authorize us or our payment providers to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information remains accurate and up to date.
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or restriction of your access.
Unless required by applicable consumer protection laws, payments are non-refundable.

However, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or credit where:
Any discretionary refund issued by us does not create an obligation to issue refunds under similar circumstances in the future.
If you believe a billing error has occurred, you must notify us within fourteen (14) days of the relevant transaction.
Failure to raise the issue within that period may limit our ability to investigate or resolve the matter.
Initiating a fraudulent payment dispute, unauthorized chargeback, or intentionally false payment claim constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

You are under no obligation to provide feedback.
You retain ownership of content that you lawfully create and upload to the Platform.
By uploading, transmitting, or processing content through the Platform, you grant us the limited rights necessary to:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neither the Company nor its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, or service providers shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

However, where we receive a valid legal request from a court, regulator, law enforcement agency, or other competent governmental authority, we may disclose information as required by applicable law.
Where legally permitted and reasonably practicable, we may notify the affected user before disclosing information so they have an opportunity to seek any legal remedies available to them.
Nothing in these Terms requires us to investigate or independently verify every allegation received from third parties.
We may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account if we reasonably believe that:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, excluding its conflict of law principles.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussions.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of Nigeria, unless applicable law requires otherwise or the parties agree to an alternative dispute resolution process.
Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief where necessary to protect its rights or intellectual property.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of any other rights.

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the complete agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the Platform.
They supersede all prior discussions, understandings, proposals, representations, and agreements relating to the Platform, whether written or oral.
